Hosting can feel like a full-time job (minus the salary). From cleaning the house to coordinating with guests and decorating for the big day, there’s no shortage of things to do. And unless you’re a pro like Martha Stewart, you might lose your mind in the process.

Let me take one thing off your plate this Easter (no pun intended). I designed 11 customizable Easter menu templates in a range of styles and colors to fit any tablescape aesthetic. From casual to elevated, these menus cover it all.

The Easter menu templates measure 5″x7″ to fit perfectly on your place settings. I recommend placing the menu on top of your plate stack and coordinating the menu color with your tablescape decor to create a cohesive look.

Let’s get started.

How to Create Your Easter Menu

Creating the menus is simple. First, choose your favorite template and click the link to create a copy of the template on Canva. Then, customize the text with your unique menu options.

If you’re new to Canva, think of it as your personal graphic designer. It basically gives you all the tools you need to create your own graphics without the design degree. Canva is free to use, and you don’t need the premium membership to customize our menu templates.

How to Print Your Menu

Once you’re done editing, save and download the file and choose from our recommended printing options below:

  1. CVS Pharmacy: You can print 5″x7″ photos in a Glossy or Matte finish for $2.99 each. The Glossy finish is usually available for same-day pick-up, while the Matte finish can take 5-9 days to print.
  2. Walgreens: Like CVS, Walgreens offers 5″x 7″ photos in a Glossy or Matte finish, costing $2.99 each. However, Walgreens has an edge over CVS because it offers same-day pick-up for both Glossy and Matte-finish photos.
  3. Canva: This is an excellent option if you need to print in bulk (at least 10 menus). I usually order my menus as 5″x7″ Invitations (Portrait) with their Premium Paper and Gloss Finish. A pack of 50 costs $50 ($1.00 per menu), although the price escalates significantly if you buy smaller quantities. For example, purchasing 5 menus from Canva costs $3.05 per menu, making CVS and Walgreens a much more cost-effective option.

Pro tip: always check for promotions at your local drugstore before printing! CVS is currently offering 40% off all photos, and Walgreens is offering 50% off all photos, dropping the price per menu from $2.99 to $1.50-$1.80. What a steal!
